Remember to get your COVID-10 booster and flu vaccine this Winter

COVID-19 cases are increasing, get your free COVID-19 booster and flu vaccine when invited by the NHS, ahead of what could be a difficult winter, with respiratory viruses circulating widely.  

We can all take steps to reduce the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19. This will help to protect our families and communities over the winter, particularly those at most risk of getting seriously ill.

1. Limit close contact
2. Regularly clean surfaces
3. Wash or sanitise your hands
4. Cough or sneeze into a tissue then bin it

5. Wear a face covering in shared spaces
6. Regularly let fresh air in
